Rhys Gooding MBPsS
I’m Rhys. I am a manager at See U Support and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. I have a passion for mental health and wellbeing and studied a Degree in Psychology at the University of Sunderland.
I have previously worked in retail management and charity fundraising. My favourite part of my job is helping people to realise and achieve their potential.
I’m Vicki, I am deputy manager of See U Support. I have over two years’ experience in health care and support work settings as well as previous experience in retail and additional voluntary experience.
I am passionate about advocating for individuals who are incapable of doing so for themselves and providing person centred care in a holistic manner to empower these vulnerable individuals to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
I have worked for 7 years in care doing everything from working in office administration roles, to support work to being a carer. I am particularly passionate about providing good quality person centred care even in instances complex care.
I have worked with various aspects of complex care Tracheostomy, suctioning and PEG feeding and love the opportunity to help people with these challenges live their lives to the full.
I’m Leanne I’ve been working with young people for 5 years across home and educational settings. I am passionate about promoting positive mental health for all and empowering young people to achieve their dreams.
Fairness is a key value of mine and I am the first person to stand up for young people when I feel they are being unfairly treated. However, when a young person acts inappropriately I am the first to say “That is not ok!”.
I am a non-judgemental team player who thrives working under pressure. I have over 19 years’ experience working with young people in teaching and education. Working in Pupil Referral units gave me vast experience of helping students from various backgrounds to take the steps required to change their lives for the better.
My Motto is “Nothing is impossible when you make it possible”.
