Mental Health and Wellbeing
All our staff have condition specific training mental health training, to explain the conditions that effect new clients and how to manage and support them effectively. We feel giving our staff the tools and support to do their job effectively increases staff satisfaction and the quality of care.
We have an open door policy at our office which is open Monday-Friday 9-5 where staff clients and their families can walk in to discuss any concerns of new support needs. Outside of this we have 24/7 on call support available to staff, clients and their families.
